FAQ Slider: This section addresses common client questions, including the machine purchasing process, specifications for each machine, what to prepare for your installation, how the installation process works, how to request parts, how to request service, and responsibilities and contacts.


Maintenance

Maintenance Slider: This explains the differences between preventive and corrective maintenance, and provides details on the various levels of maintenance offered, including L1 and L2 services.


Form

Boost Your Performance Slider: When you click on this slider, you will be directed to a contact form on the PreRoll-er website. Here, you can ask any questions you may have about how to improve your operations and learn more about the solutions we offer to help you achieve your goals.

The Log In page (located in the top left of the image) allows you to connect using either your email address or your username.

The image below shows the Log Out form;
when you click on "Logout," a page will appear, and you should close the one that was open.

To the right is the Registration form, which enables you to sign up.
Please follow the help guide to understand the details of the registration process.
It’s important to read it thoroughly as there are key specifications, including:

When you are logged in, a small rectangle labeled "Need help" appears in the bottom left corner of your web page.

  • By clicking on it, a new page will open. By default, this page is set to the "Ask" tab, where you can submit your assistance requests.
  • You also have the option to add attachments, such as photos or videos, to help us better understand your situation and provide you with appropriate support.
  • In the "Ask" tab, you can also view the history of your conversations with our team, allowing you easy access to important information.
  • By clicking on "Answer" at the top of the page, you will find useful information, including videos on how to use your equipment and other relevant documents.

  • We strongly encourage you to use our portal for your assistance requests.
  1. If you contact us Via email at suppport@preroll-er.com
  2. Requests submitted via email may take longer to process then make a request through the portal. Here’s an example to illustrate this:

    • At 2:30 PM, you submit a request via email while we are already assisting another client
    • At 2:35 PM, we receive three requests through the portal.
    • At 2:40 PM, we finish our interaction with the client who was already in progress.

    In this situation, we prioritize responding to clients who submitted their requests through the portal, even if your email request was sent earlier, as we give priority to this platform.
    Once all assistance requests have been addressed:

    • We will contact you.
    • We will guide you to submit a request through the portal.
    • We will assist you with your request.

    Therefore, it’s important to submit your request through the portal to receive a quick response.
    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  3. If you contact us via phone.
    • we will politely explain that you must first submit a callback request through the portal.
    • When your request is received and we reach your position on the list, we will contact you.

    We would also like to remind you that other clients may need our assistance, and it is important to process requests in the order they are received, as you are all our priority. We are a company that genuinely cares about providing exemplary customer service. We love what we do, and we enjoy assisting you in optimizing your production line. Therefore, out of respect for you and all our clients, we handle the list in the order of arrival, as well as by subscription (please refer to the different types of subscriptions on the home page).
