operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, please refer to the
Clos-Er Compressor - User Manual
.
Who is this manual for?
This manual is intended for
operators and technicians
who will be using the
Clos-Er
. No prior
advanced technical knowledge is required, but users should:
¥ Have a
basic understanding
of industrial equipment operation.
¥ Be familiar with
safety protocols
and best practices.
¥ Follow the
manufacturerÕs recommendations
for proper use.
For troubleshooting common issues, error messages, and machine diagnostics, refer to the
Clos-Er
Troubleshooting Guide.
This guide provides
detailed steps
to help resolve potential problems and
optimize machine performance.
By carefully following this manual, operators will be able to

Initial Setup
The
Clos-Er
comes with a pre-installed
compressor
, making the setup process quick and simple.
Follow these steps for the
initial installation
:
A - Install the Clos-Er on the provided table.
- The compressor is already
mounted and installed
inside the table.
B - Locate the required components.
- Inside the crate, you will find
all necessary cables and components
for the first installation.
C - Prepare the compressor.
- Open the
table doors
and locate the
compressor
.
- Find its
power cable
and route it through the
designated hole
under the table.

Preparing for Operation
The
Clos-Er
is a
user-friendly machine
designed to handle the
finishing process
of your cones.
However, it
must be used in combination with a centrifuge
to ensure proper
filling and compaction
before processing.
Depending on the
paper format
you are using, several factors must be carefully considered to
guarantee optimal finishing results
:
F - Filling Requirements
Below is a
filling chart
specifying the
minimum and maximum filling levels
based on paper size.
Ensure that your cone filling stays
within these limits
to avoid processing issues.
Filling Chart Treefer Cones

Minimum Filled Cone Length (mm)
Maximum Filled Cone Length (mm)
74/26 Standard
45mm
94mm
84/26 Standard

98/26 Reefer
60 mm
83 mm
98/26 Standard

109/26 Standard

G - Consistency in Filling Height
When removing filled cones from the centrifuge, verify that they are
all the same height
.
Uneven filling can result in
poorly sealed cones
or
incorrectly cut tips
during processing.
H - Proper Compaction
The centrifuge must
compact the material evenly
to ensure consistency.
If compaction is uneven, some cones may not twist properly in the
Clos-Er
.

I - Verifying Filled Cone Height
After exiting the centrifuge, check that each cone matches the
desired filling height
.
If this is your
first time using a centrifuge
, adjustments and test runs may be necessary to
achieve
the perfect result
!
Tip:
Keep track of your observations and share them with colleagues to
maintain consistency
in
every batch. Proper adjustments from the start will lead to
optimal results
every time.

- Ensure it is set to
100 PSI
. if its not Gently pull the top and turn it
1. ently lift the cap (between the red lines of the picture) and turn it to increase or decrease the
pressure.
2.
Never
adjust the pressure while the compressor is disconnected or turned off.
3.
Always
adjust the pressure when air is present in the system.
